Why am I a facilitator?

🏔 If I were to sum up all the work I am doing now inthe space of #genderbalance and #inclusiveleadership into one word that would be: facilitator
I see my role as afacilitator to create opportunities and spaces for these conversations to take
place. To inspire people to take action. To make a difference. To make an
impact.

How am I facilitator?
🏔 I started a podcast to create a platform forinspiring female voices to be heard. I organise in-person events to bring women together and create safe spaces for our experiences to be shared. I launched an
online membership to create an environment where we can network, learn and grow our careers together. I host workshops for my clients in-person to train on skills that can elevate our visibility and presence in the workplace. I moderate and speak at conferences to facilitate further conversation at events on these important topics. The role of the facilitator is crucial to ensure that all voices around the table or in the room are heard. It is a skill I have mastered over the years.

What is the impact?

🏔 The impact of my role as a facilitator isvisibility on the topics of #genderbalance and #inclusiveleadership. Which will then inspire us to take action and make an impact. Where previously we might not have know where to go to have this conversation or find information, I have created the spaces to bring these topics to the forefront and together find solutions.
