  • It began with an idea.

    What a journey we have been on, which started with an idea. An idea to increase visibility of women in hospitality and to increase representation of women in senior leadership positions to advocate for gender balance.

    First was the podcast in 2020

    Introduced roundtables in 2022

    Launched the online membership in September 2023

    And now we are ready to enter the next phase of this journey and you are invited to be a part of it.

    Network, make new connections, form strong bonds through regular monthly online catch up, build your profile within the community, learn from each other on different topics to develop your career and find your mentor.

    The original community that was initiated in September 2023 and has grown to over 100 women all around the world, working in corporate roles, to entreprenuers and students.

    Each quarter will be dedicated to one of these pillars to develop yourself and others through workshops and group coaching.

    You will be assigned an accountability partner within your cohort to help keep track fo your learnings.
