Why do I run a global online membership for women inhospitality?
If I am honest, fora very long time I was resistant to the idea. This had a lot to do with my own
imposter syndrome. But as I preach to everyone else, until we take action we will never grow in our confidence. In the end I decided for the online membership approach for the following reasons:
🏔 Regular contact with your network
🏔 Accessibility to network during the day
🏔 A way to leverage my global network and open it upto others
🏔 Low time commitment but with high value with eachinteraction
🏔 Ability to reach many simultaneously in an online format
How?
My InspireRoundtables became a research ground for me to understand what I could offer to
the industry and that is how the idea of the Inspire Community was born. An
opportunity to take the offline conversations online, to keep the conversation
going without losing the safe environment we create at each interaction to
discuss the topics what impact women in the workplace and how we can advance
our careers together
With threemembership tiers to choose from, you can work on one of the following three
areas:
🏔 Expand your network in a welcoming environment
🏔 Develop your professional brand and become morevisible
🏔 Work on your leadership and unlock your potential
What is the impact?
🔦 The common thread you will find in most of thework I am doing is around #visibility. To achieve #genderbalance we need to put ourselves out there and I know this is not easy. I have been there myself but without visibility we cannot advance in our careers, business and profession.
But together with a supportive community you can achieve anything. This is the
impact of community!
